What happens after Explorer’s first three months?

Explorer is $500 per selected market, per month for three months. It then automatically rolls into Single at $550–$750 per selected market, per month. We’ll confirm each market’s applicable Single rate and your total when you choose Explorer.

Why do Single and Team have a price range?

Each selected market has its own monthly rate: $550–$750 for Single or $900–$1,500 for Team. Your monthly total is the sum of those market rates. We’ll confirm each rate and your total before you subscribe.

How is pricing calculated for multiple markets?

You pay the listed monthly rate for each market you select. For example, Explorer costs $500 per month for one market or $1,000 per month for two markets during the three-month introductory period. Single and Team totals depend on the rate for each selected market. Enterprise plans receive a custom quote.

Can I buy Weather Intelligence on its own?

Yes. Weather Intelligence is a separate subscription: $150 per selected market per month or $750/month for nationwide access. You do not need an Incigen app plan to subscribe. Enterprise can combine your lead territories with selected weather markets or nationwide weather access; contact Sales for pricing.

How do I get started?

Ask about Explorer, Single, Team, or Enterprise to discuss your selected markets and onboarding with our team. For standalone Weather Intelligence, choose your coverage and complete online signup.

How do CRM integration and customer alerts work?

Team and Enterprise include CRM integration; we’ll review your CRM and connection setup during onboarding. Weather customer alerts require imported customer locations, selected alert thresholds, and configured recipients. Alerts apply to your subscribed weather coverage.
